I’m reblogging this post “A Beer Called Ruthie” for a special reason. Back in 2019, I mentioned the side effect of eating Welsh Rarebit, which was another topic in the post, and its association with vivid dreams and sleep walking. That was the subject of a situation comedy in the 1960s Gomer Pyle show in which that was portrayed. The episode was titled “Gomer the Welsh Rarebit Fiend.” It included a consultation with the base psychiatrist. I found a YouTube of the full episode! I remember watching it when I was a kid.
